The freezer warehouse building was originally built by Edy's Ice Cream. The new owner is operating the facility as a cold storage warehouse.
  • Location & Sale Details: The refrigerated warehouse building is located in St. Louis County, Missouri. The address of the cold storage warehouse is 3820 Ultra Comp Drive, Earth City, Missouri 63045. The seller was Nestlé' Dreyer's Ice Cream Company; the purchaser was Parker Page Properties LLC.   • Lease Summary: John Morrell Food Group leased 7,000 square feet of refrigerated warehouse space from Sunfarm Food Service, Inc., at 84 Produce Row, St. Louis City, Missouri 63102 on June 15, 2015. John Morrell Food Group's packaged meat division of Armour-Eckrich Meats uses the refrigerated warehouse space with cooler storage temperatures and refrigerated dock space to accommodate a fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks.
  • Operational Details: Sunfarm Food Service, Inc., had recently relocated to a larger facility, leaving this 7,000-square-foot food facility available for lease. The refrigerated dock had 4 truck dock doors and ample parking for the Armour-Eckrich Meats' fleet of refrigerated route trucks.

Freezer Warehouse Space Lease - Transaction Announcement

  • Transaction Summary: Bailey International Inc. leased 46,000 square feet of refrigerated warehouse space at 498 Bussen Underground Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63129, from Bussen Underground Warehouse on December 22, 2008.

The Bussen Underground Warehouse is a 1,000,000 square foot underground industrial temperature-controlled warehouse complex that rents climate-controlled and refrigerated warehouse space to various tenants. This freezer warehouse space was originally constructed in 1997 for Kuna Foodservice.
